The SA20 2025 began on January 9 and will run till February 8. Under the leadership of Keshav Maharaj, the Durban's Super Giants will play five home matches at the Kingsmead before the playoffs commence on February 4. Here’s everything fans need to know before visiting the stadium to support DSG at the venue.

Ticket Information

Printed tickets

  • To ease access it recommended spectators print tickets purchased online at home and bring this to the stadium.
  • Tickets should be printed in black and white
  • Tickets should be printed in their original size – A4 Page
  •   A high-quality printer must be used so that the bar-code is clear and easy to scan
  • Tickets must be kept safe where the bar-code will not be damaged (do not fold tickets across the bar-code.
  • Spectators should not attempt to distribute copies of tickets. Persons presenting duplicate tickets will be refused entry.

Tickets on phones

The PDF of the ticket can be downloaded to a cell phone and can be used to scan at the event. Please ensure the following to assist with the scanning at turnstiles:

  • When at the verification point, please ensure the screen brightness is set to full and kindly zoom in on the barcode of the ticket/s.
  • If multiple tickets are on a phone it is helpful to assign each ticket to the individual
  • The PDF ticket is required to scan.  Please DO NOT take screen shots or photos of your tickets, as they will not scan.
  • Please note tickets will only work ONCE at the electronic turnstiles at the venue. Please keep these tickets safe and locked away until the actual day of the event.

- Avoid the traffic and queues with our elite VIP parking pass to the Gold Zone  - SABC. For only R85, you will enjoy exclusive access through Eden Garden Crescent and a private entrance to the Stadium ensuring that you miss the queues but never the action!

- Avoid the search for parking with our Green Zone - Oval parking pass, For just R50, you will gain access to Kingsmead Way and park a stone throw away from the stadium ensuring a quick entrance to the main entrance of the stadium.

  • Sealed water bottles

  • Soft lunch bags for the above items are permitted
  • Non-branded, foldable small hand-held umbrellas with no metal points or plastic tips

Prohibited Items

  • Sealed/unsealed cold-drink or any other non-alcoholic beverage.
  • Any form of alcohol (i.e. beer, cider, wine or spirits) 
  • Large/golf or beach umbrellas, gazebos or similar objects 
  • Portable braais, skottles, Weber Braais, gas braai or any other food heating equipment of any nature shall be permitted in the stadium. No open fires allowed.
  • Hard (including polystyrene) cooler boxes of whatsoever nature or size.
  • Glass Items
  • Cans (soft drinks/ alcohol)
  • Firearms, weapons, knives & sharp objects
  • Dry ice
  • Drugs
  • Stainless steel utensils (Knives, forks, metal cups, etc.)
  • Fireworks, explosives, flammable items, Aerosol cans,

  • Animals/Pets
  • Bicycles, skateboards, scooters, motorcycle helmets

Security Measures

- Upon entering the stadium, all bags and persons will be subject to search.

- Restricted items will be confiscated or ticket holders will be allowed to keep them in their personal vehicle.

- The Management reserves the right to refuse entry to anyone carrying a dangerous or prohibited item or wearing/carrying an item that may be considered offensive, disruptive, or likely to infringe on others' rights or safety.
